Sourcing Cycles

The Sourcing Calendar

We coordinate directly with regional farming cooperatives to secure fresh crop allocations. Understanding these seasonal cycles ensures optimal moisture control and peak freshness upon export.

Sumatra Fly Crop

Java & Bali Peak

Toraja Main Crop

The secondary harvest runs from September to December. We secure early-season micro-lots, prioritizing moisture levels below 12.5% for immediate container loading.

Harvesting peaks from May to September. Java estates and Kintamani highlands process washed and natural lots under dry, stable weather conditions.

Running from July to October. We conduct on-site cupping sessions to grade and select the finest specialty-grade Toraja lots before transport to Makassar port.
